Quinn has spent much of his career focused on business operations starting with Isaac Operations, a consulting firm that specializes in operational and financial improvements without the use of capital expenditure. Later, Quinn joined TriggerTech as the second employee, a pre-seed investor, and ran the operations for nearly eight years as COO taking the business from a coffee shop start-up to a leading firearms trigger manufacturer.

Presently, Quinn holds three Director positions at Richardson International Ltd, Tundra Oil and Gas, and North Arc Precision. In 2022, Quinn completed the Rotman’s Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) program.

As part of his Board work, Quinn is a member on two Compensation and Human Resource Committees and a Health and Safety Committee.

Following his success as COO of TriggerTech, Quinn founded Blue River Capital and Blue River Advisory in 2023 to focus his efforts towards building purpose-driven businesses that have a positive impact on the world. Quinn is an active member of the Brampton Angels group.
